From the moment we stepped into Padrino's Cuban Restaurant in Plantation, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. A significant part of this delightful experience was thanks to Julio, our server. His attentive, friendly, and professional service truly made our evening memorable. Julio is a gem and undoubtedly a valuable asset to the Padrino's team. The food, oh the food! Each dish we tried was bursting with authentic Cuban flavors, so fresh that every bite felt like a culinary journey to Havana. The menu, diverse and appealing, offers a range of choices that are surprisingly affordable, making the experience even more enjoyable. The quality and pricing of the meals make Padrino's an unbeatable option for anyone craving genuine Cuban cuisine. Lastly, the ambiance of the restaurant deserves a special mention. I loved this modern cuban restaurant. The decor is gorgeous thr whole place hae a great vibe. The food was good they had amazing specials on drinks. Wednesday is half off on bottles of wine,Tuesdays, and $6 mojitos and some discounts on sangria on Thursday, but all in all, it was a good spot to eat in. Just the service wasn't that great. The girl was super nice, but at times, she was lost and not attentive, but it definitely deserves another visit.

Open since 1976, Padrino's is a third generation family owned collecton of Cuban restaurants. Each generation has added its own touch to create a unique and ultimate Cuban dining experience. This Plantation location is definitely proof that they're doing it right. Recently reopened this year, this is the new modern look of Padrino's. Stylish and modern dining room but still serving traditional Cuban classics with a modern twist. There's a bar, outdoor seating, and a very inviting main dining. I suggest sitting towards the back where you're welcomed by the pretty palm trees mural. We tried the Paella, Combinacion Cubana, Churrasco, some delicious cocktails, and of course, flan key lime and the DIY Tres Leches. Everything was nicely presented and with one bite, we could tell these are quality and fresh ingredients. They don't have cut corners here. The food is made with love and the service is very attentive. If you're looking for some good comfort food in a modern setting, Pardino's is definitely a good place to take your friends and family. Also lots of free parking in the plaza.

Food: A+ Location: A Service: A Atmosphere: A+ Ate at the original Padrinos a few times and always loved it. They went ahead and upgraded the restaurant and moved into a beautiful new location. The make over really takes care of the only slight critique I would’ve had about the restaurant to begin with, and that’s that it felt a little dated. The new location is modern, vibrant and hip. The food is still incredible. I had the churrasco (skirt steak with chimichurri sauce) and for my starter the tropical ceviche. The primo mojitos were slamming. Love Padrinos and I wish there was one in my home town of Virginia Beach… so if you’re the owner, open up a location there and I will 🎶 advertise it 🎶
