Great selection of bagels with awesome lunch bagel options. If you're late for work stop by here and pick up a bagel pack and cream cheese and no one will complain you are late. My favorites are the asiago and everything bagels. The everything bagel is so good they sell the spice online.

All kinds of lunch and breakfast bagel sandwiches with spreads! Or just order plain. Friendly service. Easy to see what you're ordering, all flavors of bagels laid out in the glass cabinets for you to see. Clean, mask protocols requested.

Place is very clean. People are nice enough. Bagel was good and they got my order done perfectly. The only reason they loose a star is because these bagels are really overrated. Once you've had real handmade bagels in NYC, all others are just average.

Zero stars for displaying the wrong information over google. I am at the store at 2.15pm, and they are closed. Huge inconvenience for us customers, who drive in to a closed shop. Why? I just noticed a old(probably disabled man) get down trom his car and walk up to the door on a stick, only to find it closed.
You guys should just keep the shop closed throughout the day.

I came here and ordered a vegetarian breakfast sandwich. When I got home I realized it had bacon on it (not usually a big deal, but I am vegetarian for religious reasons). I’m honestly poor and pregnant so I drove all the way back to the store to get the issue fixed so I wouldn’t have wasted my money, but I drove the 15 minutes back to the store just to realize they had closed and locked the doors 45 minutes prior to their closing time of 4pm. Sad day. I’m still hungry. :(

Poor poor poor service. 0/5 stars. Ordered a VEGETARIAN bagel and received a bagel with bacon! Didn’t notice til I got home and opened the bagel up. Went back to the store 40 minutes before close (4PM) and there doors were locked. This location sucks.

The service was terrible. The women behind the counter could not get my order right she tried to give me to give me a coffee and an espresso when I only wanted an espresso. The woman spoke very fast and was very abrupt and did not give me a receipt. I was built $29.06 for 2 bagel sandwiches 2 large Orange juices introduces and an espresso. I would even know if my order was correct since I did not receive a receipt. When the order came out the lady slammed the order on the counter did not even let us know that it was our order and it was ready and my sandwich was spicy and it was not supposed to be it was supposed to have a garden veggie smear but when I opened the sandwich the smear had 2 layers to it one dark layer which was a jalapenos mirror the jalapeno smear and 1 light layer which was the garden veggie smear. I do not like spicy food so that roll up my whole meal

Worst experience I ever had at an Einstein Bros Bagels!!!!!!!!!. I had to guess wich order was mine because no one was letting you know which order was yours. When I went up to the counter to inform them that my espresso was missing, the lady in the counter gave me a cold espresso. When I told her I would like a hot one she started to steam it. When I ask her for an espresso that was fresh she told me that's the way espresso become hot and that they come out cold. I don't know why she would think I didn't know about how an espresso was made. I didn't get a receipt, I already try email and no response. No one cares about you here if you are hungry try any place but here.
