Arby's

The employee that waited on us was less than enthusiastic to be there and seemed put out that we had decided to give them our business. The restaurant looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The sauce packets had mold on the outside of them. There was dried up shriveled food on the floor that was obviously not from that day, the walls and seats were filthy and the windows and doors looked like someone poured soda down them. This place is in need of a serious deep cleaning, we will not be going back to this location. If the front of the house is this way, what does the kitchen look like?

I went to this Arby’s for lunch alone yesterday. I also ate breakfast and dinner with my family yesterday. Today, without eating anything for breakfast yet, I have already experienced food poisoning symptoms, but all my other family members are fine. I am not saying this restaurant is dirty. I am just starting the facts. You judge it yourself.

Buffalo chicken slider: Seriously folks how long do you have to microwave something to make it have the texture of a stick? Unbelievable! Who cares it it taste good flavor wise because it is slathered in sauce. The actual “meat component” is inedible. Chicken slider: Pretty flavorless but edible. Microwave hot! Even for just a buck I would pass next time. The chicken has a peculiar aftertaste like perhaps it no good. Tossed it! Roast beef jalapeño slider: MEh. The bun is nice and soft but the meat has almost no flavor. Thankfully it’s not dried up but it just doesn’t have any flavor. Even the spicy jalapeño pieces can’t save this. Bun wins, slider fails. Roast beef slider: Sliced/shaved roast beef with some kind of cheese sauce all over it crammed onto a soft bun and then rolled into a very tight ball. What is this? Of the group, this is the best and probably with a little bit of horsey sauce would be edible. Lesson learned. No more sliders from Arby’s. Pass this one by. NOT RECOMMENDED

I boosted my rating because thankfully the food was extremely fresh this time. It was a very good meal. As for the service, I give it a 0 rating. The guy didn't know if there was a chicken salad sandwich. Then when I asked about the size of the medium orange shake (ounce cup) he rudely said "I have no idea". So I left off my car carrier full of shakes; a lost sale he could care less about. This person seemed to have a problem reaching my card with receipt and my meal out the window for me. I had to reach as far as I could to retrieve them. Then staring me down with what seemed to be a look of uncaring prejudice, there was no thanks or have a good day. ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS service.
