I ordered a family meal and they forgot one of the most important staples in the meal, the gravy. I'm disappointed because they are usually very attentive to everything in an order. Had to eat cold food because it took 30 minutes to get the gravy from them. The rolls were different than normal and were over cooked. The fries were different too, and those used to be one of my favorite things from Chicken Express. Check your order to ensure all of what you ordered is included before you leave the store.

I pre ordered some gizzards over the phone about 10mins prior, pick up the order went to my car I start to indulge. Grab one crispy nug and took a bite.
Then realized something wasn't rite. I spit out disgusting green mold of chicken. I CONFRONTED THE MANAGER AND WAS UPSET WITH HIS RESPONSE AND ACCOUNTABILITY ON THIS MATTER. HE SAID IT WAS FINE. UNAPOLOGETIC , HE EVEN GOT MAD AT ME JUST BECAUSE OF ME FOR MY REACTION .

Horrible belittling service from the manager Cynthia and her co-worker Vanessa at this location. Extremely rude and unprofessional lack of service. These two laughed in front of our face and told us WE ordered wrong!! Ask for fresh corn nuggets and got old flash fried. I'm asking for a response from the franchise owner. I will not tolerate this kind of behavior. I bet if you were standing there they would have been putty in your hand. Please don't disregard this. These two are hurting your business.

Good chicken fingers and they have regular fried chicken also. We always get the family pack. Prices have gone up just like everywhere else. Not so cheap anymore.

The store was out of fried breast, had to wait for several minutes to get my order, but the fried okra was very good and the biscuit was very good also..sweet tea was also good

don't have veteran discount at this store.Also gave me the wrong order at the window. This time I wanted to feel Al fish meals and both fish what's not fresh it tastes like they had cooked it earlier and put it under the heat light to keep it warm to give the next couple that came into the restaurant I guess it was me. This was a very disappointed meal.

Second time trying Chicken Express different location. This time I ordered the 2 piece fish combo. The fish looked better than it tasted! It tasted more like it wasn’t cooked form a fresh state more like frozen. A bit thin and flimsy for my taste, not much crisp happening. The Hush puppies were tasty and the cole slaw wasn’t bad but I’ve had better. I actually like the gizzards I ordered the first time much better.
