This location is the cleanest Chipotle that I have ever been in! The employees are very pleasant as well. I will definitely be back again soon!

I have order from this place before the quantity is so low it’s not even funny like there was barely enough food and I had to go get something else.
Than I decided to stop at this location again because it was on my way. Big mistake i asked for a little bit of more rice lady very rudely extra charge and continued on than I asked for a little bit of extra meat, again very rudely “it will be extra” (when I literally just saw her giving a bit extra to the customer in front of me) I said okay give me she ignored me and went to the customer behind me.
I seriously do understand that prices have gone up and I understand the inflation but come on let’s be a bit reasonable here Im paying for food and I’m not asking for a lot.
The other chipotles I have been too never do this and they are always happy to help customer it’s just this location that’s so stingy like they are going to take the food home with them.

The manager or the cashier was so rude to me and she was polite to the American who stood next to me. I greeted her at first , she didn’t reply . I thanked her at the end , she didn’t reply. There wasn’t a crowd until I billed. Very frustrated the way I was treated in front of my kid.

All of the Chipotle fast food restaurants that I have dined in so far, have been pretty decent. Unfortunately, this particular one was not. The food was not hot. It was barely lukewarm ☹

Ordered a triple tortilla burrito. She didn't feel like doing it, so she gave me one on the side. The burrito was half-completed, with the completion tortilla 'on the side.'. More money wouldn't have completed it. Manager Maria is as lazy they will come.

Ok Servers stop being stingy with your meat..also keep fresh meat always even with other items. Yall are always low on the barbacoa meat always low to where they giving me meat that's been sitting there at the bottom of the bucket. Like around 7pm like yall are making it last to not have too fix more fresh meat SMDH. I Don't like spending my money on that makes my stomach hurt afterwards ugh.

Pretty good. Food was ready on shelf for me. Some of the chicken was undercooked but that happens when they mass produce food like this. Overall friendly staff. Like the location in Plano

Of course they have had to raise their prices. However, they also reduced the quantity of meat on our bowl. If they continue reducing meat, which is necessary to balance the quantity of other items, they definitely lose our business. Otherwise, they previously earned high ratings from me.
