They have never messed up on my drive-thru orders, but they are SO slow - likely due to the labor shortage, but it still very much affects your experience here. Lately 10+ minutes to get through the line which isn’t worth it to me. I’ll probably be avoiding for a while after waiting so long for two blizzards.

A childhood favorite, but alas I can't eat ice cream anymore. I stopped my family by knowing I wouldn't partake, but I was WRONG! They have dairy free Dilly Bars! Now there was no cherry but chocolate did just fine. I am a BRK fan and I was so happy to know more people can enjoy a DQ treat now that they are lactose intolerant inclusive.

The young man who was the manager on last night, 4/3/22, was an embarrassment to customer service employees everywhere. He was rude and unprofessional. It's as if he's had absolutely NO training. He doesn't realize that he disrespected the wrong one this time. I fight in black and white. So, I visited again today, and yet another millennial was rude and unprofessional. This is getting tedious. It's obvious that neither of these young people has been properly trained. What's worse, it seems their parents have also failed, or they have no respect for them as well.

First time here in a long time. This location has had a recent remodel and looks pretty nice. Descent drive thru business at this moment. Only a couple of people dining. Floors spotless, bathroom was clean and stocked. A few of the tables did need some attention. Patio was clean and ready to be used. I had to go with the normal stand by, 4 piece chicken strip basket with beverage. Next time I plan on trying their special Brisket Street Tacos 3 for $4.99. Cashiers first day on the job. Young lady was very nice and friendly. A little in a hurry but got the task at hand dome. She deliver my order to the table in a very timely manner.
