7-eleven

I've never had a problem at this 7-eleven and every employee I've interacted with has been very nice. But on a Tuesday at 4:30 pm there was a photography crew at this location. I have no idea if they were associated with 7-eleven or not - regardless it was a dangerous and negative situation. The entire parking lot was full of their cars, a RV, another car on display, tents, and tables. The camera crew set up in the middle of the street right by the entrance off of Windhaven to take pictures of a girl in a red dress. The crew was shooing customers away from the entrance to the store because they were in the way of the photo. The setup was extremely dangerous for customers walking and driving as well as for the crew and extremely bad for business considering customers were being told to get out of the way. 1) if it was corporate, they should know better 2) if it wasn't corporate, it should've been dealt with immediately. Edit: I've left a review here so that 7-Eleven can take notice and take action if they see fit, not so I could go elsewhere via some random internet link and review again

BEWARE!!!!! Used my card here 3 days ago, at the pump. Received an email from my credit card company that someone was trying to use my card at a restaurant in Frisco for $113. Called restaurant and they confirm that a customer had my card number printed onto a VISA card (wrong card type) and that it kept declining at the terminal. Attempted to call 7-eleven several times to update them on situation, but no answer. PLEASE do not use your cards at the pump. So glad my carrier declined.

Every time I come here I have to go inside and stand in line just to pump gas bc multiple card readers are damaged and ofc everyone else does too. So the lot is backed up, the inside is backed up. The owners have been notified of the issue multiple times yet the problem persists. Other than that the staff is very friendly and the store is generally clean. It is not a convenience to stop here though.

CAN NOT TRUST THIS GAS STATION!!! // After noticing that the pump I was on was not giving gas, I went inside to tell them that the pump was not giving gas after $ was already taken. The clerk asked me to move from pumps and try another pump. I went back inside to tell them I had switched and asked the man to transfer the $. I asked him If he was going to check the pump I was on before allowing anyone else to pump/ / he said to leave and to pump at the gas station down the street. The point was not to complain the point was to make sure there was no issue with that pump. But he obviously took it the wrong way and without hesitation asked me to leave. WARNING This Manager SUKRA SHERPA so he said his name is and wrote on my receipt did not take the time to go check the pump. He was Rude and unprofessional. I am a very passive person who never complained about anything like this before. But I am currently putting a complain because he probably knows there is an issue with that pump and doesn't care or doesn't want to get it fix /// CAN NOT TRUST THIS GAS STATION!!

For a fairly new store, it was in terrible shape. I stopped in for a fountain drink and left without purchasing anything. The machines were broken, the store was dirty and the hot food looked like it had been there for days, if not weeks. VERY disappointing as this is a convenient location for me, but I will go out of my way to go to another store for my slurpee fix.

Stole my girls money !!!, she went in there she told them to put 20$ on the pump number we where in and it dint work so she goes back in and they tell her that they can’t give the money back and There’s nothing they can do even tho she paid cash, worst people ever don’t come here , will have to contact police or sue them

I come here every day 2-3 times a day for coffee, and other items. All the French vanilla creamers were bad so I bought a bottle and the guy still charged me for my coffee that they had no cream for. Going elsewhere!!! Also mens bathroom has been broken down for a week and the men are using the womens bathroom and its discusting!!!!!!!
