I love DQ! Some of the younger staff could do better, but I love that they hire teens to get them jobs. I really like the one woman there. She has bent over backwards to make sure I got what I needed for a very special event. I thank her for that and for always being so nice & making sure my orders are correct.

I feel reasonable enough to give this place only 2 stars due to the food being what I had been craving. However, their customer service definitely needs a tune up. I had never had any empoylee ever treat me so nasty the way these ladies had. I simply orded a chicken strip basket that took nearly 20 minutes to receive. When completing my order I took a good 5 sec to ask for ranch and got told to slow down. It's a chicken strip basket meal. Seriously. In the midst we had 3 other customers behind us get their food first. Don't be so rude and maybe your customers would appreciate your service. Thanks.

The only reason I give this DQ a 3 and not a 5 is because of their price-gouging. A single small cheeseburger for $4.19?? No other fast food place does that. Our DQ does not do that.
