Bagels Plus

Mostly good, a little OK, a little outstanding. When purchasing a dozen( that's a bakers dozen) for pickup, the bagels are in a bag ready to go . . . very convenient esp where there are many customers in the "buying it now" line. The staff is friendly and fast. The bagels are mostly good. I get an assortment. Plain, egg, blueberry, asiago, pumpernickel & salt. I stopped purchasing cinnamon raisin because those lack cinnamon and raisins. The pumpernickels are outstanding. The photo shows a Bagels Plus cinnamon raisin bagel on the left and a supermarket in-store bakery one on the right.

Bagels r good. Sign says short staff be patient. Sign should say slow lazy workers need to take they're sweet time to be happy. No hair restraints and some staff looked like the live on the street. Closer look at cash area , dirty........and that's visible. Attitude of owner lousy . If your not a regular you may never be

when this place is on their mark it is great. unfortunately a majority of my experiences they've been off that mark. long waits and inconsistent quality make this choice hardly worth the wait on most days. arrived today and was the third person in line. took approximately 10 minutes to place my order of 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese. 15 minutes later I had to walk out after 3 breakfast sandwiches, that came in after my order was served. 25 minutes for 2 bagels is CRAZY! There's a sign asking patrons to be patient because they are short staffed. however there were 5-6 people on the line when I came in. seems like that should be kore than enough to handle the 2 orders before me in a timely manner. the delay doesn't appear to be with staffing but lack of organization and communication. I watched employees go from grill, to prep line, to coffe station, to the register, and then back to taking orders. the chos and confusion were palpable as a watch 2 people work on the SAME coffee. all the while NO ONE. was talking to each other. it's not wonder my order was never made. save your self the frustration and visit kettle bagel down the road.

If u ever get lucky or are granted 3 wishes, try to use one here because this closet shop never have any bagels. Its poor quality in service, no bathrooms, just gimme ur money for a bagel and GO. When u open a bigger spot with sitting area and bathroom, invite me back but until then, I'll rub my lamp to another bagel shop through out town

Best bagels in the area!! Looking for a inexpensive but AMAZING BREAKFAST? Here’s your GO TO PLACE! Everything is delicious. Bacon scallion cream cheese is TO DIE FOR. I’d give it five stars but I have to say because it gets a bit busy, I feel maybe the employees can get a little grumpy at times. There’s one girl with pink hair though, who seems to not let anything keep her from being polite and friendly! Keep up the good work and smile!!
