Dunkin'

I don't know what is wrong with this place. You go in and wait 15 over minutes and they still can't even get a tiny order right. My avocado toast was not even toasted... and there were no roasted tomatoes like I ordered. It was also freezing when they finally gave it to me. I do not understand because 3 people were working and it was not busy. Like literally no other customers. And I waited 15 minutes for "avocado toast" aka bread, a donut, and an iced tea... what the heck!! My husband also told me that one of the female employees was agressively flirting with him and made him feel very uncomfortable. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

I give this place 5 stars because the employees there work as hard and as fast as they can to serve their customers. It’s not easy dealing with mobile/delivery orders and customers at the same time. Many people don’t know how it feels to work for the fast food industry so they need to understand why it takes couple of minutes for their order to be ready.

I don’t know why this Dunkin messes up order. I asked for a veggie cream cheese on bagel and asked to cut half but still they gave me with normal cream cheese and it wasn’t cut correctly. It wasn’t even a busy morning and yet my order was messed up. This is something I experience a lot with DD as they mess up the order most often specifically when there is no manager working along.

I go to this dunkin many times a week. I learned my lesson and order atleast 10 minutes before arrival. 9/10 times my order is STILL not ready. I understand that it can be busy at times but there is mobile ordering options for a reason. I always see customers mad about the wait time and this morning I was fed up. I ordered 10 minutes before and waited an additional 15 minutes for my drink. There is a blonde women with short hair and is extremely rude to the customers and should not be working there because of that. This Dunkin’ should really change and if not, it deserves to be shut down. The Dunkin’ franchise should really do something about this specific dunkin!!
