Subway

Over all, a subway where you can go to get some decent food. But, there are a few things about this subway that aren't good. First of all, they don't except coupons of any kind. Also, the staff don't have many manners and are not very professional. So basically it's a good subway with good food, but there are some things with it that aren't great. But then again, it is the only subway for miles around.

The owner/server is utter disgrace to customer service. Very rude guy, does not have any manners. He mocks you. Plus if you are concerned about your health dont ever go to this subway- they have flies and mosquitoes all over their cut veggies and there is no concept of hygiene at this place. Filthy place, gross !! Stay away from this place.

I am from plainsboro and my experiences eatting here have never been great. A couple years ago I found fungus in the bread after which I had to go back to the store. They were not very courteous in solving this issue. Now I learn that they don't accept Subway coupons of any form. This is my least favorite subway location.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service specially when people are trying to help local business after the pandemic. No greetings at all and no intention to help out the customer service. The Indian guy was rude and insulting when I was trying to pay for my food. I was reminded why we stopped coming here for a while. Never coming back.

Horrible experience at this subway. I went around lunchtime and ordered a rotisserie chicken 6 inch sub. After selecting my choice of bread the owner proceeds to add the chicken and doesn’t feel give me a full scoop which would equate to the proper serving for a 6 inch. 2 scoops would be a foot long. Already being skimped I decided it was okay since I would mention it in this review. After adding everything else on my sandwich I show him a valid coupon which has his store address on it and he says he will not accept this. IT WAS A COUPON FOR 50 CENTS OFF A 6 INCH OR $1 OFF A FOOTLONG. HE WOULDN’T ACCEPT A COUPON FOR 50 CENTS! This was a official coupon provided by T-Mobile Tuesday which later validated the coupon when I called customer service. I ended up not getting the sub because of his attitude and him pretending like he had no idea what I was talking about. I attached the coupon to this review. Extremely rude and cheap owner.

Humiliating experience at this subway. He prepares the sub according to himself. He will force you the choices of sauce. He should realize that a customer will have their sub according to them and not according to himself. He was mocking at me and also misbehaved me. It was such an humiliating experience as I went there with my parents. I think subway should take some action against him. The sub he prepared was without any sauce and I could not even swallow. My parents were not able to eat it at all. We had to through everything away. I regret so much to have such a bad experience and it ruined a day of my beautiful vacation at Plainsboro. So I will advice everyone not to step into this branch.
