I don't think the baristas fully listened to our order as they made the wrong drink for me and started to make the wrong drink for my husband but luckily asked before making his. The sticker on the side of the glass had the wrong flavor for his drink but since they verified his flavor it was correct. Even though my drink was not what I ordered it was a good tasting drink.

Standing,waiting to give order. Ignored because they were busy. Guy manager walks by, looks and barely asks could he help w no intention of helping, I say, I'd like to order some food. He walks away and around corner and tells someone I was at front but was still about another minute before another person came out and took my order. Hummus toast w roasted tomatoes. Worth the wait. Not complaining about workers but the manager? Yeah, ....that's another thing. Picture is from another DD. This stuff is good lol

If you want a review that will be honest take it from me an employee there. Over the past year there has been a lot of new employees. We’re all trained and ready to go. We’ve implemented some new things such as stirring hot coffees without being asked and saying the total and such. If you don’t want it to be busy come either right when we open at 5am or come at around 2-3. Morning shift, is one of the better shifts because that has the most mangers and afternoon shift is mostly teenagers. If you want donuts best to come one a week day, since on the weekend is when we sell the most donuts. Morning is also when we have the most employees there. Overall there has been a lot of improvements. I mostly work drive through or drinks so I hope I can see some of your faces. 😁
