Bonless chicken came with a stripped bone inside the box of our to-go order. We didn't eat that one, but our other order was unusually dry, and the slaw looked odd. We normally love BWW, but I don't know what happened tonight.

April 2022 we shared the platter of ultimate nachos w cilien guacamole. Ordered boneless wings desert heat and parmesan garlic. Great flavors. Our hostess Kelly was friendly n fast.
June 2022 ultimate nachos w chilin the best onion rings iv had. We tried the boneless wings jamming jalapeno sauce- just a little bit of heat. Emily our hostess was fast n friendly. Not a fan of the digital menu. When I sit down I want to hold a menu.

The server was great Cassidy was amazing it’s not her fault! Every table in the bar was absolutely disgusting. Every knife in the wrapping paper was extremely dirty. Spoke with the manager showed her everything she agreed. Food came in and was cold let her know it was cold she took it back with almost no answers with an attitude!! Very disappointed in this experience.

Had a terrible experience the last 3 times we have been. 15 minutes before anyone took our drinks order and only did as we were standing up to leave ! Food took ages to arrive and ordered boneless wings for the kids and got bone in. The waitress was doing her best but seemed overwhelmed hence not listening to our order. Food was edible but not line it used to be. Been going to this Buffalo for 15 + years but unfortunately will not be going back...... 3 strikes

I normally do take out from Buffalo wild wings but on this particular visit I ate in. Service was excellent. Wings were very good and better than previous takeout visits. Only negative was that they served my four different flavored wings on one large tray so after a while the sauce is started to mix together. This was the first time I had seen that and would have preferred them to be served separately. Also, celery and carrots are no longer included when you order wings they are an extra cost. When you order wings they are an extra cost.

The food is good. The wings are juicy and full of flavor. The reason I'm giving this a 2 is because of the bartender. At least during the day, if your not a regular customer they will ignore you for the regulars until they're served; then they will take care of you. On the other hand, the reason that I'm giving this a 2 and not a 1 is because of how nice the bartender was. She literally ignored me for all of the regulars which she knew all of there names but when she finally paid attention to me she was very nice. Probably won't eat here again but I might order it to go so I don't have to wait.

Always plenty of parking and good staff that takes care of you. Not much I can say about the food. Predictable. It's wings 😊.
As far as Buffalo Wild Wings locations go, this one is one of the best.

Short staffed, but those that are working are taking great care of the football crowd in here. Especially Cassidy. Be sure to tip your servers well! They are deserving it!! Recently remodeled too.
