Always have wonderful service here. Mary, in the drive through (I think that’s her name) is always so sweet with a great smile and friendly way about her. Had an issue once with the incorrect change and they fixed it for me no problem. I really appreciate y’all.

It's decent enough. U can't expect much knowing where it's located. The food is usually right. Service is trash though as of recent, but remains pretty clean. I think drive thru is way busier than inside the store whenever I've been there. Still my favorite coffee on the planet😏💕
My favorite of the fast food chains. One can never beat the taste of a Whopper meal! However, it's a bit overpriced for these unhealthy indulgences!
Good food, fast and friendly service.....BK is an all time favorite for me. I worked at BK as a teenager back home so maybe it's somewhat nostalgic as well. Lol
I had two Whopper Jr with cheese for 5 dollars with an ice cold Coca-Cola. It was amazing! Thank You BK!
I had my first "Impossible" Whopper. That's the non-meat alternative burger. It was really good, especially because they use real lettuce and tomatoes and pickles on a nice sesame seed bun. Also had the fries which were good crispy but not as thin as the McDonald's. French fries. Service was terrific. They have a drive-in.
Drive through takes forever but better than McDonald's for dinner and lunch.
I love going to burger during day shift. Mary is usually there and she is so friendly helpful and fast. The reason I know her name is she always introduces herself at arrival which makes you feel welcomed. My food is usually hot. I'm not so fond of the night ti.e though i believe they may. E under staffed at the moment and it makes the line at the drive through a 45 minute wait sometimes.
went to Burger King to find a burger queen but I couldn’t find one, disappointed and dissatisfied.. that’s why 4/5 stars but great food and my homie said the bathroom is 5/5 (he’s a bathroom expert) <3
Burger King has become the best fast food place in Pittsfield while McDonald's and Wendy's has become horrible in quality. BK has a fantastic long time employee her name is Mary and she is a incredible worker with great professionalism and excellent customer service! I always look forward to seeing Mary when I go to BK she is so friendly and always greets customers with a smile. Thank you for another great meal! ☺️
