We came here for a weekday breakfast and had a great experience. It was busy but no wait. Staff is friendly. Our server this morning was super attentive. The atmosphere was comfortable. They are very clearly an LGBTQ+ friendly place! Food was good. The menu is not marked for gluten free options, but the waitress was helpful in navigating options and was aware of gluten contamination. Lastly, the bathrooms are gender neutral and clean! Thanks!
Best breakfast ever.. food combinations are well thought out. I had a brisket omelette...it was perfect. The grit's where also perfect... I mean add nothing just eat and enjoy them perfect. I also had sausage gravy to go with my white toast and butter. It was a real homemade sausage gravy and the home fries are also well seasoned it was the perfect plate I stayed full all day and happy 😁.
The service was very good, we had good timing, a line had started soon after we were seated. I liked the atmosphere, the staff's light hearted humility and can do attitude was a neat dynamic. I got the brisket eggs benedict, yuge, couldn't finish.Great succulent brisket, tasted great with hot sauce. Deb's ham and cheese omelet was cooked perfectly and the hash browns were crispy enough and spiced right. Overall, we were happy with our choice.
So I’m from NY State, way north and I thought our little local diner was top notch. Otto’s…WOW. Blew my mind! Food is so flavorful, perfectly cooked and the staff…WAAAAY friendlier than my hometown diner. I’ll be coming here as often as possible!! And Erica W…keep smiling! You did wonderful!
Got my order to go. I wasn’t a huge fan of all the fb drama going on a few months ago with this place and it made me want to stay away. However, their food is really good. Easily the best place to get food from. Better options. There was a mistake in my small group order which wasn’t a huge deal. The lady I spoke with was very friendly on the phone and gave great options to help.
I can’t believe how different it looks since the last time I went it. It looks really nice!
I wish Pittsfield could help them out with figuring out parking for them. They definitely get a lot of customers :)

Probably one of the best places to eat I've EVER been!! Several menu items were ordered and they were all amazing!!! We will be back for sure!!! Great coffee, cool drinks, awesome staff!!
I had an hour to kill in-between appointments so I figured I’d treat myself to a snack while I worked from my phone. Within 30 seconds of walking in I was greeted by not 1 but 3 waitresses. They all acknowledged I was there and asked me to just wait one moment while they finished what they were doing. I got a mocha coffee and avocado toast. My waitress was super sweet and my order came out literally within minutes. Oh and my food was DELICIOUS as always.
Had a great lunch dine in experience. Food was yummy, waitress was sweet, plus it was cute property (inside & out). I ordered the cobbocado salad & hand cut fries and two iced cold coronas . Everything slapped pretty hard. Can’t wait to come back for breakfast. 👏
