Store NOT open 24hours. Closed at 9PM on a Thursday evening. Several people tried to enter and were confused. People joked about whether it really was a 7-11 PM store. Once inside its very modern and clean and the clerks are helpful. You can’t really blame management for the fact that crime and homeless are out of control downtown. Mayor Gainey are you listening?

Couldn't help me when the poker game machine took my money... very upsetting.. told me to call the machine company... it would have taken multiple days if not at least multiple hours to even talk to someone
...bc I was traveling I had to just wall away from my money...it's okay I wouldn't want to have that key in a place like that. It's safer out of the store for the employees.

I like to go there. They have a variety of hot foods at reasonable prices. Then they have a variety of edible and non edible products. The store is open 24 hours!

This is the main 7-Eleven of downtown Pittsburgh, it's open 24 hours and it usually always has hot food and coffee, this location delivers and as a almost everyday customer there I've never had a problem.

There were 3 people behind the counter. The service was fast and they were very friendly and helpful. My Vuse Alto pods were cheaper here then my home town (Johnstown) and the guy at the register added them new velo pouches I wanted to try which lowered the price more! They have a little bit of everything at this location.

I've been visiting this store a few times per week for the last 4 years. They usually have what I need, whether it's prepared food, TV dinners, cocktail mixers, OTC meds or breakfast essentials. If it's not in stock they finish up with their customers and look in the back. Clean unless their is a rush.

This Location Is HUGLY improved! !!
A handfull of years ago this was a dump, But whoever is running it now has got it. It's beeb expanded and is really clean, 7-11 is now the convenient store to go to, Before you just had the Bus Station and a porno store! Thank Heaven!
