He honestly made my day and has a sincere gift for spreading joy and is just so interesting and entertaining! If he doesn't get a raise he should get a spotlight on a stage somewhere. I have to give a huge shoutout to one of the gentleman there. I work in the mall and he absolutely made my day. I can’t believe I forgot his name, but he had bright ginger hair and told me he was British. He was hysterical and just made a wonderful experience for everyone. We talked music, and he just cracked me up in general. I’d been having a very rough week, so I can’t thank him enough for making my day a lot brighter.

This is the Starbucks in the Ross Park Mall. Nice little stations to stand at and enjoy your drink. Fast service. I'd like to see some places to sit, instead of standing only.

Michelle and her staff are incredibly friendly and fast. I work in the mall and order here frequently using the app. My order is always accurate and served with a smile. No matter how busy they are, they always greet me and thank me. Much better than several other locations I've been to.
