Everyone knows America runs on Dunkin' However, they need more employees. The coffee is AWESOME. Donuts are great. Service is lacking. It's not the restaurant's fault. They are willing to hire, but no one wants to work.

I visit this Dunkin at least 3 times a week and I usually have a good experience the drive thru can be backed up but moves pretty quickly givin the fact the line is so long. I usually visit on the weekends and the lady with black hair at the drive thru window is very nice and personable!

I frequent this dunkin at least 3 times a week. The entire staff is so amazing. They treat me and my husband like family. They adore my kids. I’m a full time radiology student and they’re always asking how my schooling is going. They treat us so amazing and I couldn’t be more grateful for this staff being so personable. They’re always rooting me on and truly I couldn’t be more thankful for this staff.

I have come here every morning during the week to pick up my girlfriends coffee for work. (Nearly) every morning I am greeted by a smiling face and a happy voice by a man named Tony, when he is working there I know my order will be correct and taste great. We have gotten to the point now when he sees my vehicle pull into the drive-through, he's already got my order for me at the window. If he isn't a manager already, this man needs a raise/promotion! Thank you Tony and I'll see you next weekday! 😁

Drive Thru line was backed to the street but moved quickly. We ordered 2 donuts, 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 iced chai teas, a coffee and a frozen hot chocolate. Our service was quick and accurate and the food and drinks were delicious.

I always have the best experiences at this one. Staff is prompt, kind, and personable. Just went through the drive thru (12:45 on Saturday 2/4) and the person who helped me was FANTASTIC. I’m a pain with my decaf but they’re always accommodating and helpful. This mama runs on the West View Dunkin’!

Update- I have changed my review from 2 to 4 stars due to new management really improving this place over the past year or so. The description below was from prior. I’ve noticed more accurate orders and faster service. I live near here so I go a lot. The staff here is super nice, but they always, always mess up my order. I’d say 7 times out of 10. I always have to go back through the drive through a second time to get it correct. They’ll forget your shot of espresso added to your drink even though you paid for it and it’s written on your cup.. they’ll give you the wrong menu item.. they’ll forget the sugar you asked for.. if they have a long line and are rushed, your hash browns will be soggy and undercooked.. etc.
