Salad Cafe

I'm always on the hunt for a healthy, quick lunch spot downtown during the work week. What's not to like about a place where I can build a healthy salad with all the fun tasty fixin's?! Plus this a great spot to support local ,as Earth works with local communities, farmers and sustainable partners! All around a lunch spot to feel good about. I have enjoyed the Bovine Bleu salad and the Southwest Turkey all the ingredients were fresh & tasty, the meat was cooked well & flavorful. Also tried the Wok This Way Pad Thai rice bowl with shrimp. The flavor was nice and light, almost refreshing - not the in your face kind of curry which is actually great for lunchtime in my opinion. Definitely would recommend for lunch time healthy eats, not a long wait like similar spots are downtown.

Love the food. Everything is always fresh, and the staff is really helpful. The price isnt bad for the amount you get. The salads are bigger than you think and very filling. You can build your own or pick one of their custom creations (You can alter them, too). Their custom creations are all delicious. Will continue coming here in the future.
