Love the food. Everything is always fresh, and the staff is really helpful. The price isnt bad for the amount you get. The salads are bigger than you think and very filling. You can build your own or pick one of their custom creations (You can alter them, too). Their custom creations are all delicious. Will continue coming here in the future.
I'm always on the hunt for a healthy, quick lunch spot downtown during the work week. What's not to like about a place where I can build a healthy salad with all the fun tasty fixin's?! Plus this a great spot to support local ,as Earth works with local communities, farmers and sustainable partners! All around a lunch spot to feel good about.
I have enjoyed the Bovine Bleu salad and the Southwest Turkey all the ingredients were fresh & tasty, the meat was cooked well & flavorful. Also tried the Wok This Way Pad Thai rice bowl with shrimp. The flavor was nice and light, almost refreshing - not the in your face kind of curry which is actually great for lunchtime in my opinion.
Definitely would recommend for lunch time healthy eats, not a long wait like similar spots are downtown.
Very friendly staff with great healthy options. The juice was pricey but fresh. The salad creations can't be beat. Very filling and nourishing. I went in 20 minutes to closing and they were great at helping me out.
Tried this place for the first time to get a healthy option! The salad was delicious and priced fairly reasonable! I love that they ask if you want the salad lightly dressed! Will definitely return!
Do you like Earth? Do you like salad? If you said yes your gonna love Earth inspired salads, inspired by your 2nd favorite planet and mine... Earth. I love their destroy the barrier reef salad and their super volcano hot wings salad inspired by everyone's favorite super volcano in Yellowstone.
Any salad that you could possibly think of. Vegan, vegetarian, meats, you name it. They make it in front of you and toss it for you as well. You get a salad, the size of your head all for about $7. For the health conscious traveler, it's an oasis of goodness. You just can't beat it.

probably the healthiest choice around this part of town if your lunch break is only an hour and you just want to grab something quickly without having to use transportation. not giving 5 stars because the no vegan and vegan ingredients are located right next to each other.
I tried this place a few weeks ago for lunch. The options they have for salads can be overwhelming, but I loved the quick and courteous services. All of the food is extremely fresh.
Awesome salads. Good size, quality is great, price is reasonable. Not much more can be said about salads.
