This Wendys went downhill for awhile. To the point we stopped eating at this location. But I went through the drive thru the other day and I noticed an improvement in both the service and food. The food was hot, made well and overall good. I'll stop here again now. It's a convenient location in the Penn Hills shopping center. 👍🏻

Not sure what has come over this location lately - maybe a change in staff? - but they have been super fast and efficient lately. Very impressive.

The drive-through was super busy tonight, and they were short-staffed... all I wanted was a frosty... and the machine was down. I was bummed, but the fellow taking my order was so polite, professional, and apologetic that I didn't stay bummed for long. I complimented him for his courtesousness and professionalsm, and left with a different beverage, and a smile!

Apart from random closing times instead of following what is listed online due to staffing issues, this wendys is friendly and usually semi clean. Better to get drive through then eat in, but is in a solid location to hit on the way home.

Dine-in service was good even with the drive thru being busy. Had a Dave's Double cheeseburger with everything. The only disappointment was the lack of toppings... rather skimpy. I remember (as it's been over a year since I have had Wendy's), the lettuce would spill over the sides and the raw onion came in several rings. You couldn't tell there was lettuce or onion unless you picked up the top piece of bread. Still yummy though!

I wanted something "quick" to eat but this Wendy's is always a little slow. I make sure I doa mobile order so I don't have to wait trying to order.
I got my kids the nugget kids meal along with cheeseburger kids meal. Overall it was okay. I'm not sure if they changed their French fries but they no longer taste the way they did when the sea salt wa first a thing.
If I'm going for myself, I'll just stick with the nuggets. I do love the rewards program though, that's a plus.
