Auntie Anne's

My son and I were at the mall yesterday and decided to get pretzels. We got two pretzels and one side of honey mustard. The original total came to $12.17. The look on my face must have told a story because the man who seemed to be in charge and was helping the younger man there navigate the iPad register said he would give me a discount, which then brought the total down to $10.35. While I appreciate the effort on his part, I will no longer be purchasing Auntie Anne's pretzels. I understand costs have risen, but to pay over $5.00 apiece for pretzels is too high. In addition, the pretzels we got were old, cold, and definitely NOT worth the price. Sad to say it, but so long Auntie Anne's.

I love the pretzels here like I loooove the pretzels here but every time I come to this mall I can’t seem to get one! Bummer! The one on the lower level closes at 6pm and the one by the main entrance sold out of pretzels and it was only 7pm and refused to make anymore! With 2 more hours left of shopping and the mall being open I’m obviously taking my money elsewhere because I want a snack! And I had my heart set on a pretzel today 💔
