I was on my way to a doctors appointment and decided to stop here on my way there. The girl that took my order and was at the window was so friendly and sweet. All the girls who were working were so friendly and pleasant I could tell they enjoy being there and don’t mind working, it is so refreshing. Seriously amazing staff, you girls made my day!

When I placed my order, the cashier declined payment because she said I waited for too long. I insisted on paying for my order, but she refused to take the money.

I’m revising my review. I was already contacted by corporate to address my concerns. I love their coffee but the afternoon employees are rude! The morning employees are nice and have great customer service. I went Sunday afternoon and was barely spoken to! I think it was racial to be honest.
