I know they’re struggling with staffing at this location, but I still LOVE their food. Idk what’s going on with their logistical challenges, but I’ll continue to support them in the hopes that they can survive. NO other fast food chain comes close when it comes to offering real, home-cooked style, delicious food. Please ~ give them another chance to help them stay open.
Barbecue chicken with Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes yummy! This meal was soooo delicious and prepared with greatness, thank you. It gives me southern vibes... you know, sweet delicious cornbread with ur already delicious meal? Yes! Makes me think of my grandmama from down south. She would cook delicious meals and serve them with cornbread to “get u good and full.” Love it! 💕 I wish there was a bit more barbecue sauce on the chicken but no worries, next time I’ll ask for extra. See you again, soon.
Good portion, good taste. My chicken was good and not dry or oily. Friendly staff and helpful. Price was OK, not great but not bad. I liked the idea of getting something more comparable to home cooked instead of fast food style. The chicken 🐔 was good, I'm surprised I can't think of one critique to say. So it's 5 stars for a good meal and good service.

I stopped here tonight. The two people working were friendly and welcoming. The one person was especially customer service oriented. Most of the sides in the food bar were empty or close to it. Maybe it's because it was a Monday night or they were short staffed? They had every side I wanted, but I was expecting bigger portions. The chicken was a standard small chicken, but tasty.
The food bar with all of the sides would have been more appealing if the bins were full and looked steaming hot.
I felt bad for the two people working who were clearly swamped with customers right after I left.
I would try this location again. Maybe it was just an off night.
My favorite place in Greentree! I will continue to support this Boston Market any day that I can. They don’t seem to have bounced all the way back from covid, but that’s no reason to avoid going, their chicken and sides are still delicious. If you do have a bad experience, please give some grace! The people who work here are very kind and doing their best. Please be kind back! I don’t want to see this spot close for good. 💛
Ordered ahead of time, was told to be there at a certain time for pickup. I walk in and the order hasn't been put together at all yet. Both employees working up front clearly didn't like customer/other people interactions. The food was still great, waiting an additional 10 minutes after pickup time and the employees bright this rating down.
Came in after the dining room closed and ordered food. The server was very courteous and the food that was available was good. I personally recommend the mac n' cheese!
