The food and service were great once again. We eat here every time we come up for a Steelers game. We have never been disappointed. We will see you again soon.

Everything was excellent except they used a but too much butter on the toast and eggs and the hashbrowns were greasy.
I mostly go here for occasional breakfast. I got hooked on their Country Bisquit Breakfast about 10 years ago, and I get cravings. I've had several of their specialty pancake breakfasts over the years as well, and occasionally, our work group stops here for lunch. At lunch, I usually get either a sandwich or salad. Service is usually very good and it doesn't take long for the food to come out. Good comfort food.
We had the pleasure of having Judi serve our table ! She was so sweet and friendly! A good staff really makes the difference we had a wonderful experience thanks to her 😊 Her suggestion for the drinks and food were spot on when she noticed our hesitation about what we wanted to get !

Caramel cold brew coffee is a MUST if you like iced coffee!

Justin like the change in fried chicken dinner. It is now chicken breast batter dipped and fried. Batter was good but the chicken breasts were very tough and crunchy. The chicken noodle dish with mashed potatoes and biscuit was excellent. Banana bread is delicious.
This Bob Evans is amazing!!!! From courteous staff to the manager who personally came out to discuss how to cook food to accommodate food allergies! This place serves great food and consistently provides high level of customer service! I cannot say enough about them.
The food is always DELICIOUS, and pick-up is always on time.

Update: Service was still lacking in energy, but better than before. Though small mistakes were made, the server was gracious and professional through it all. There is still no place locally I prefer to go with my large family for birthdays.
Food was good, service wasn't the fastest or the most attentive. There were no major mishaps, it was more lacking in energy and enthusiasm.
Always have a wonderful experience and great food for us. However, today, we had unbelievably exceptional service from Maddy! The food was amazing, but Maddy was the star today. 5 STARS. Obviously, for a restaurant to keep such a fantastic server, the management on down is certainly terrific, too.
Always enjoy a trip here. Great service and the food is good. We always go early and never have a wait. My only issue is related to the cream they use now. I prefer real 1/2 & 1/2 but maybe this is a change related to COVID-19.
