Sieb's Pub

We never heard of Sieb's before and were traveling down Babcock looking for a place to eat that wasn't a chain. We decided on Sieb's and immediately loved the look of the Irish style pub. The service was great. The food was tasty and well prepared. The only negative was the table in the dinning area was awkward if you are sitting on the bench. So if you get a choice sit at a high top in the pub. I will definitely go back to have drinks and food in the bar area.

mom and i stop here after every shopping trip to the ross park mall, have to say the pub is the best part of the trip! better food than anything around where i live, much better service, and the best atmosphere i’ve come to expect from a real authentic pub. there is no reason to eat anywhere else with sieb’s quality of food and staff.

Talk about an absolute pleasure. My wife and I stopped here for lunch for the first time and I was blown away. The food was fresh and quality was great and had the atmosphere to match. I'm a sucker for good soups and the vegetable stew was incredible. My wife sampled mine and immediately ordered a cup. The shepherds pie was delicious and was plenty of food. Safe to say we'll be coming many more times for the foreseeable future.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. It looked good in the photos I’d seen in reviews, but I’ve been wrong before when choosing restaurants based on photos. In this case, the food lived up to expectations. We ordered from the Irish menu: fish and chips for my wife, steak and Guinness pot pie for me with mashed potatoes on the side. It was superb. The mashed potatoes were creamy and buttery. The pot pie was baked in a ramekin with the crust laid over top and crimped so that the edges had that good, dark brown pie-crust flavor. The gravy inside was flavorful and rich. I never had better, even in Dublin itself. I highly recommend this restaurant for an authentic Irish dining experience.
