Chick-fil-a

Good food with outstanding service by the staff. Congenial atmosphere generated by the staff members. Is it any mystery that at mealtimes, along with any other time as well, that this facility was wall to wall customers both inside and outside the building. Drive through was wrapped around the building just like the McKnight Road store with the usual double lines. No wonder people bring their business here. Keep up the good work, Chick-fil-A!!!!!!!!!!!

Skewed review; Chick-fil-A will always get 5 stars from me. Their food is delicious but the key is their personable customer experience... it's the way we all want and deserve to be treated. It's the way we want the world to be. This location in South Hills is difficult to navigate to the first time you visit. Other than that, it's everything you expect from Chick-fil-A. Don't be discourages by the lines of cars. They move quickly!

I had a good experience. This was my first time visiting this chick fil as I was just running an errand in this neighborhood. One item to note if this will be your first time visiting is that I believe you might have to enter from the back of the restaurant as you cannot make a left turn on the main road. If you are entering from the back and are relying on Google Maps, you can trust Google Maps when it advises you when to turn, even if you do not see a Chick-fil-A sign. With that said, I will probably return next time I am in the neighborhood.

Tonight I decided to grab some food on the way home. Sitting in the drive through I was able to observe just how awesome this team works together. But there was one young man who outshined them all!! He went above and beyond all the rest. Literally running orders to the cars so that we all could get our food promptly. On top of that he was very kind to everyone! When he got to my car with my order I thanked him and said, they need to give you a raise, what’s your name. He said Colin. I told him I was writing a review because he was exceptional!! Seriously give him a raise!! You have a very caring hard worker, a rare thing these days. Honor and value him. He’s a keeper! Thanks Colin for how you serve your customers!!

This might have been one of my best experiences. We went in to eat so my 3 year old can play, I ordered our food, the mac n cheese was mixed up for a fruit cup and it was replaced without questions and they let us keep the fruit cup. The manager came around asking if we needed refills and everyone was so nice and pleasant. This was a better experience than most sit down restaurants. Thank you!

So this location just reopened after a total remodel. What a fantastic job they did. I went on the first day after they reopened, and things moved so quickly and smoothly. It was quite frankly phenomenal, like every time in the past my order was completely correct with no errors. The new drive-through lanes look great and the interior also looks really great. I also enjoyed seeing this locations operator working the front lines with his employees that just goes to show what a great owner he is.
