Peoples has the best Indian food in Pittsburgh! We eat here relatively often and everything is always delicious and unique. I’ve never had a dish I don’t like.

People's is one of my favorite restaurants in town and definitely my favorite Indian food. I've been going here since I moved to Pittsburgh years ago. Highly recommend.

People's has been serving up delicious, authentic and reasonably priced food for years. It is always bustling, with most tables full and a very brisk take-out business.

Lunch buffet is $15/adults $11/age 3-13. It was really great for the price. The lineup seems small but with the diversity of flavors I was very satisfied. They have all the hits: tandoori chicken, chicken tikka masala, ruti, pakora, mango lassi, gulab jamun, chai, mango pudding, rice pudding, samosas, large s.asian salad bar. Also lots of vegan options as well. Excellent value 👍 It's a small place, no high chairs available. But nothing was too spicy for my baby to eat

Amazing amazing amazing! We had no idea what we were walking into but we did not expect a buffet and we absolutely LOVED it. Everything was amazing.

Heard good things, decided my first time trying Indian Food should be here. Ordered the Chicken Makhni. Wasn't the flavor profile I expected but when paired with garlic naan it was absolutely delicious. good amount of food for the price, everything stayed warm despite a decent length travel, and the rice was cooked perfectly. My only wish is that the spice level selections had more description.

The food is delicious. Some Indian food is spicy but you can determine how spicy it is by choosing a spice level. Yummy

Lunch buffet was very good. So delicious I was really happy. Services was also super kind and they have outdoor seating. I think for all buffets I wish the glass was lower to prevent germ spread from ppl esp with covid surges and flu season but that is the nature of all buffets. You can order separately made meals too. The sweet and sour veggies, potatoes, mango mouse, the chai, saag, curry chicken, mataar mushroom 🤌🏾. Nothing was not good.
The water tasted good too!
Outdoor seating available, slight ramp up into the inside for accessibility.
People's has a program too where you can pay into a fund supporting those who can't afford to buy food and they offer lunches for free to people who need it. And Indian food is nutritoussss. Very good experience

I came for their lunch buffet. It was some of the best indian food I've had in a long time, and the price was unbeatable. This place would be tight for a large group, but perfect for parties of 4 and under.

We had a nice and close parking spot to the area. Our hopes kind of fell when we saw the shape of the place, but one of the best places in town!!! We ordered a few items, and they all tasted amazing! The two things I have to give a spotlight to are the garlic naan and the masala chai! The naan was so hot and fresh it blew me away! The chai was so good, we ordered five of them!! Would definitely recommend this place! 9/10
