I feel genuinely bad as I peruse the other reviews of this delightful restaurant, realizing none of the food delivered to my family survived long enough for a photo opportunity. Pure decadence from start to finish! The dining room exudes warmth and hospitality. Each course builds upon the last, with recipes it was clear with each bite, were constructed with love and a desire to delight. I had the meat lover’s lasagna, and practically licked the plate clean, while my son housed his perfectly prepared filet mignon. And dessert…Don’t skip it! I had to loosen my belt to allow, but the chocolate mousse cake was to die for. But circling back to the hospitality, Mr. And Mrs. Santucci are spectacular hosts and have built not just a phenomenal restaurant, but give the impression through their hospitality that they’ve opened their home to all guests under their roof. My family will be back time and time again.

We had a family Christmas dinner here. It was about 15 people including 5 small children. The experience was wonderful. Food was great, they very quickly got the food out for the children. Adult food came out much later, but that was our choice. Since the children were done, they started to get wild. The staff here brought out coloring books and crayons. This was a huge help. At the end of the night, they made themselves available to take family photos. Each year, we swap who picks where we eat and this was our first time going to Cafe Notte and everyone loved it.

Great little spot! We went here with a large party, and loved almost all the food and the atmosphere. The food particularly was thoughtful, fresh, and delicious. They make all their pasta and bread from scratch! The only downsides were: slower service than I'm accustomed to, and a louder space. Perhaps these were because it was a large party, or because it was busy. We also had one entree that we didn't like, enough that we didn't eat it, though everything else was delicious. Would recommend, would go back! (Perhaps on a slower night I'd give it a five star.)

We held my husband’s 60th birthday party here and it was a HUGE HIT. Very good experience working with the owners and staff. Looking forward to doing it again. Definitely would recommend!

It's a nice restaurant and our experience was generally good. The reason I'm not able to give them 5 stars is because the prices were higher than I would expect for the experience. Some of the food was great! Some of it was quite mediocre. The pizza was way below par and the ravioli was "meh", at best. That said, other's in my group said their meals were great! The salmon looked very good (but I unfortunately had the ravioli). The server was nice but was a bit slow to respond to our needs. The atmosphere was elegant, but they sat us at a table near a bar area that wasn't being used and the lights were off, making it feel a bit dank. Overall, it was an experience that would have been more on par at half the price.

Lovely and intimate atmosphere! Ceiling has a captivating "starry" effect. Great staff and delicious food! Absolutely loved the Calamari, Duck Wings & Branzino 🤤 A bit of a dead zone unless maybe if you try using their guest wifi, and there are the occasional flies, but besides that still highly recommended 👌

I went to Cafe Notte to celebrate a friend's birthday during Restaurant Week. We hadn't heard of it before, but the menu looked delicious. We were completely happy with all of the food, but especially the crab cakes, salmon, risotto, broccolini, and short ribs. The service was phenomenal! We'll definitely come back to enjoy this special restaurant.

We just went to Cafe Notte during Pittsburgh restaurant week, the food was delicious! Particularly the chicken with rosemary cream sauce - it was spectacular. It provided a nice balanced flavor with the rosemary and the chicken was cooked perfectly moist. House wine was good. Dessert - tiramisu & berry cake - tasted so fresh. What a gem!
