Good service! Soup kept at a good temp and tasty. Mediterranean bowl was plentiful and I liked the lemon wedge to squeeze on it.

The staff that waited on me was fantastic! He was enthusiastic, helpful, and patient as this was my first time there. Offer small tasting samples. Various options for menu item combinations and nice choice of soup sizes. I ordered a two soup combo because I couldn't choose just one. Fair prices for quality soups. I did not try sandwiches. My only issue is that the soups listed on the specific location's (Fox Chapel) website were not all actually available, so if going for a specific soup I recommend calling that location ahead.

Hi all!
So once again, this was my experience only. Take it with a grain of salt. I don't normally give out 5 stars as nothing is really ever perfect.
Going to Zoup I found another small gem in the Pittsburgh area I did not know existed. We went to have lunch and the staff was wonderful.
The food in turn was wonderful as well! I myself had the tomato, with a turkey -bacon club sandwich sans the bacon.
My wife had a Mediterranean chicpea grain bowl, with a side of chili.
The meal was absolutely delicious. I don't think I could have asked for better. But yes, it beat out another big franchise we all know. (In my opinion)
Give them a shot, I went to the one on Freeport Rd. It was great, albeit a bit pricey.

First time there. Friendly, helpful didn't kno prices & how the specials work. Got menu no prices on it either. Guess more info online. Had lot of pickup orders. Food was good.

Reasonably priced and healthy items. Clean store and quick service. I appreciated how the manager (I believe) who was in store went out of his way to look for my car keys when they were misplaced the day I was in this location.

A wonderful locally owned franchise that has outstanding soup! The chicken noodle is fantastic and the bread is fresh and delicious! The staff is friendly! Puts Panera to shame in the soup department for sure!
