Nachos were great! Seating and TV were plentiful. Service was crazy slow. We were the only couple in the bar and it took 20 minutes for the Nachos and we had to wait a while to get refills on our beers. If the service was faster and better easily a five star place.

Good 🍺 selection. The bar tender could of been more attentive and wiped the bar down without being ask led the bar was very sticky and was clearly had drinks spilled on it long before we arrived.

We went to Buford's prior to an event and the place was very busy but we were seated promptly and drink orders were taken. That's where it went downhill....it took us almost 30 minutes to get the waitress to come back to the table and take our food order. Then another 30 minutes went by and no sign of the waitress, and food that was ordered from customers that came in much later than us was coming out. After another 10 minutes I flagged down the runner and asked if she could please check on our food. We had been there over an hour and a half and the show was starting in 45 minutes. She was very helpful and came back and said there was a mix up in the kitchen and they would start our meals immediately. Another woman stopped by and apologized and said they would discount the bill - which I asked for since I also saw many tables waiting to pay. The runner finally brought our food (30 minutes before the show) and 1 of the 4 dishes was entirely wrong. My friend had ordered a shrimp appetizer and a burger was delivered, so they had to start her meal over. The waitress appeared and said she wasn't sure what the mix up was but would get our bill together. At that point I asked to speak to a manager. He apologized and said our order was never submitted to the kitchen and that the waitress was filling in for someone that had called off. He did the right thing (which I appreciate) and took care of the bill but we spent over 2 hours chasing down staff to try to get a meal that we ate in less than 10 minutes so that we could try to make the show on time. We did with 2 minutes to spare:) I'd like to say this was a fluke but I was there once for lunch as well and the service was obviously better than the pre-show mess but not much better. Sadly the food was good but we had no time to enjoy it. They have a great location for before events but the service issues need to be improved.

Went before the new kids on the block concert. It was packed. But the manager on duty was very accommodating to our party. The food was really good. The pot roast poutine was my favorite. We also had the loaded nachos and shrimp po'boy.. I can see how this is a popular place due to its location. Would be a good spot during pens games and the roof top area was nice also. Couches and tables. Beautiful. Drinks were good also. Would definitely return.

This place was amazing! We were in town for an even at PPG. Even though it was slammed packed, we were seated within 5 minutes of our arrival. Our waiter was fantastic! Again, despite the hectic, crowded atmosphere- this waiter was phenomenal. He took our order efficiently (despite covering about 8 tables) and the food was delicious. My friend and I split the fried green tomatoes and the margarita pizza. Would definitely dine here again. Kudos to the entire staff for handling the insane crowd so fast and well-cared for.
