Always amazing overall experience. The food is constantly on point regardless of meal. Sunday brunch is also quite good. We went for dinner this time and was not disappointed. Service was comfortable and attentive. We will keep returning!

Truly memorable experience! We went for Christmas eve and it was absolutely beautiful! The food was fantastic as well. The Prime rib and Pasta stations were our favorites! Our only issue was valet. It wasn't until we were retrieving our car at the end of the evening and tipping the valet that he said "There's also a $20 parking charge". This wasn't mentioned at any point prior, it's not on the website and there was no signage. We thankfully had enough cash on us to pay it but it should be more upfront. Other dining establishments like Lemont, don't charge for it, so it was a suprise.

I had an extremely wonderful time the other day! Our server Courtney was great, she was sweet, helpful, funny, and she made my whole tables' day! She absolutely made our experience 10x better. The food was awesome as well. Courtney has a sister, Lindsay, that was helping her run drinks and stuff. The whole experience was beautiful and I will definitely be back soon!

They truly made my moms 72nd birthday special for her. Thank you Tabitha for the special “ donut cake “ and taking three generations of women in one photo. I definitely appreciate the kind gesture and effort made by The Grand Concourse. The buffet was absolutely amazing. Prime rib was delicious and everything was fresh. The ambience was great. The guy who checked us in is such a sweetheart and the short woman who is ALWAYS running around( silver and white hair with glasses)is so sweet and kind but you can never catch her to say thank you. Please tell her we said thank you… The guy that bussed the table down was kind, too. Please.. if you have a chance… visit The Grand Concourse! Excellent beyond words!

My wife is GF and DF. She had the Southern Salad with goat cheese instead of blue cheese. Lettuce was not as fresh as she expected. Prime Rib with asparagus was good but meat was not as tender as expected. Overall for her a 4. I had dynamite shrimp appetizer. It was delicious. Ok to share with 2 people or 3 people. I also mahi mahi with crab on top and vanilla sweet potato mash. Again my dinner was amazing. Service was good. Views of the River at night were beautiful.

Appreciate the mock tails, and the butternut squash soap the most. The shrimp scampi was brilliant, and the New York steak was amazing. Service was on point.

The grand concourse is very expensive. However, the food is worth and and the view from the dining room at night is amazing. The city lit up is truly beautiful. The service was not great though. And be warned, the "butter" they serve is salmon if you have an allergy. Our server did not mention that when she brought them out and we did have an allergy at the table.

Brunch at the Grand Concourse is both a Pittsburgh special event and a walk into history. The architecture and environment are spectacular. The food and drink are amazing. You must try it and you will love it!

The scallops, calamari, coconut shrimp and mussels where excellent. The boys strip loin was grilled to perfection .The Maui Maui with crusted crab sauce was just amazing. Jason our server was above and beyond. I will definitely return on my next road trip to Pittsburgh. The original architecture of the train station is beautiful. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

In a private room the party ambiance was great, but acoustics in the room were less than ideal, with noise levels a regular cacophony as conversations at the numerous tables made for sometimes difficult, taxing persoal dialogue, even with those right next to one another. Fabric on walls or acoustic panels on the hard surfaces, or in corners should be able to address that. Food was quite good, and the historic building are often cited as standout elements drawing guests for the continental fare. Great views from the tables, and decor that really brings the old railway station alive.
