Long John Silver's

So, the food is good. However, the service is extremely slow. Not just now & then....every single time. The staff is pretty friendly. Nothing standout. But not poor either. The atmosphere & condition of the premises could use some TLC. But the food is consistently good which is the most important to me.....I just do not want to know what the kitchen looks like! I've never gotten sick from it, so hopefully it's all good!

This place has gotten so bad in the last year I won't be returning. The last two times I went there they were out of the pineapple cream cheese cake and they finally told me they don't keep it as it doesn't sell yet it's still on the menu. I also ordered the new panko shrimp with the sweet and tangy sauce and they told me it had been discontinued yet it was still on their menu and had recently been advertised in some paper coupons saying they were good until 10/29/17. Going through the drivethrough gives you a good look into the kitchen and it is extremely dirty. I'm not sure who is managing that place but they are doing a poor job and their help need to learn some customer service tips. It's really a shame as it used to be a nice place to eat fish in town.
