Updating my review... I had been trying to get sushi here and had been striking out. I mentioned it in my last review and the owner reached out to make it right. I tried again tonight with my daughter and they came through! The Happy Tuna roll was delicious. My daughter also enjoyed her hot honey chicken wings and our server was most gracious. I love our locally owned restaurants for exactly this reason!

Dined in with a couple of friends and tried out the sushi. I asked our server how big the sushi rolls were and she gave me a description and also told me it depended on the roll. I ordered the more expensive roll ($16.99 towering shrimp I cool night roll) thinking there would be more to the roll and bigger but, aside from the 2 extra pieces of shrimp, it appeared I overpaid for rice. Also the clown/smiley face presentation was a joke.... I would expect this on a child's pancake, never a sushi roll.... looks like the joke was on me today. I will not be returning anytime soon. If your wanting sushi order it elsewhere. None of the rolls we ordered were rolled well. Outside of the disappointing entrees, our server was professional and very attentive.

Pot stickers were ok, full of water and not fully steamed. Sushi was good but the rice seemed overly starched, as if it was not rinsed before cooked.had a dirty martini and they lacked olives. Update: was contacted by the owner, made a new reservation for my birthday! Went with 2 friends. Both enjoyed their drinks, mine was great! Pot stickers, amazing happy sauce were steamed very good. Almost no excess water. Shrimp tempora: perfectly cooked! Towering shrimp roll: amazing!! Rice was perfectly cooked Dragon tail roll: perfectly cooked Mango crunch roll: rice just seemed off. Probably lowest rated meal of the night Sicilian pizza: flavor combination was amazing. Totally unexpected great end to the meal Oreo pie: OMG, the best part of the night...idk what they do...but OMG greatest thing ever!!

It would be 4 stars, but the "Fire in the House" Burger and Brussel Sprouts were just too good. Service was slow, but it was right before a random afternoon close in the kitchen. Although, we could not have had a more helpful waitress. The atmosphere was very upbeat and enjoyable. It is a clean and casual place for good food. If I am back through Pittsburg I will be eating here again.

The first waiter was great, fast service, Wonderful suggestions. BUT, got transferred to a waitress who would check once and then you had to catch her. No where is the pie price posted near the pie slice, it is hidden in the menu. The PIE SLICE is $5.99 for 1 SLICE....!! NOT WORTH IT... We won't be back...🥵

We loved our experience at Chatter's. Zoey was a great server and so welcoming! Our salads were great, the cauliflower appetizer top notch, and the complimentary pie was much appreciated. I also thought it was awesome that the owner (we thought), walked around and made sure everyone was happy. The old school music videos were pretty cool too.
