IHOP was a default brunch experience for us. Unfortunately, we are both eating a gluten-free diet due to medical recommendations. We found we did have some choices in the breakfast bowls. My daughter ordered the Spicy Pablano Fajitas Bowl and I got the Southwest Chicken Bowl. Neither was spicy. I added salt and pepper to mine and it was much better. I would order bowls again. (Just keep the condiments and spices handy!)

This wasn't a good experience. The table was dirty when we sat down, hot chocolate was like water and not sweet, and syrup was sticky and unclean which is why we used a napkin to pour it!

The server was friendly but it took too long for our food to be served. Server said one cook called off sick. This was on a Sunday morning so it's expectedly busy. This branch was not prepared for emergencies like this.

Service was lovely, food was okay. I got the pancake combo and everything was well. Not too busy

I don't like posting negative reviews but it's possible this restaurant was short staffed. We waited 50min for our food but after that time, we asked when our food would be ready and the waiter said 10min since he just put the order in. We decided to pay for the drinks and find another place.
Again, they probably were shortstaffed but perhaps the restaurant should consider letting customers know that there may be a delay in receiving food.
We have enjoyed this place in the past and we hope things get better when we try it again.

I had a very poor service. In Pittsburg California. Me and my wife came in and people that came in after us received better and or water and juice before we did we asked him what was going on and gave his attitude. I walked out went to Denny's and had a great breakfast IHOP, fast food no good. Cook eat at home more healthy

Went there on Father's day when they opened at 7am. Wasn't too busy at first. Only one person was serving, seating and taking orders. 2 cooks in the kitchen. We ordered two meals, 2 cups of milk which we asked to have when we got our meal so it would still be cold. And coffee. We didn't get the coffee for a good 10 min. Then we got the milk and coffee at the same time and had to wait another 15 min for our food. When the food came, it was not that hot, some it seemed stale, the French toast didn't have powdered sugar on it like usual. The meat in the steak omelet had a lot of gristle in it. Then when we were done we waited a good 30 min just to try to get the check. We had to go to the front and ask for the check while there was a lobby full of customers waiting to be seated. While standing there I could see about 20 plates on the counter waiting to be served. Not worth the $44.

Food & service was fine. Main gripe was that I didn't receive a veterans discount like always do @every other IHOP I've been to before. One of the reasons I patronize the restaurant. Guess I have to see if it's the same with Danny's. Won't patronize this one again because they don't honor the service of our vets.
