Hardee's

Most of the time I dread going to Hardee’s bc I don’t have the time to wait on their slow service but today I needed to kill some time so I decided to dine in with my husband. I ordered chicken fingers and he ordered a chicken sandwich. The girl, Sissy Sierra, who waited on us was very polite and sweet. She brought us our food and my chicken fingers were old and rubbery so my husband brought them back up there and asked for new ones. Sierra kept apologizing, brought me fresh chicken fingers, boxed them up, and even gave me extra chicken fingers and sauces to compensate. Hardee’s has a lot of improvements to make but Sierra is very professional and, as a business owner, I know I would be happy to have her on my team.

good god the people are terrible here. they have terrible attitudes toward the customers like they don't want us to eat there. I mean, sure, who does want to work? seriously, make an effort your happy for our business. how about instead of almost throw the good at me through the drive-through you hand it to me like a real person and say thank you at least. or does or take a high school education to say thank you now-a-days?

Worst place to eat ever . We got there at 8pm and ordered and got cheese and bacon on our fries and when it came out to us it didnt have anything on them . The girl said we have already put things up because we are about to close . Well Hardees dont close until 10 pm . ...WORST PLACE EVER The manager doesn't know what he is doing . He needs to find a different career.

Could very well have been the worst breakfast i have ever had at any restaurant!!!!! Almost laughable at how bad !!! The egg i guess it was a egg it more resembled a piece of burnt cheese , the sausage looked like maybe they found it stuck under something for a month or two drug it tgrough hot bucket of axle grease and tasted like it!! Just damn is all i can say about how bad it was

Three friends and I stopped in today to get lunch to go. I ordered a Patty Meltdown, which must be somehow difficult to make, considering the amount of time I waited to get it. A total of five people who ordered after I did were served before I was. One lady working there made a half-ass attempt to apologize, and the worker who bagged up my food pretty much just shoved the bag across the counter to me, without so much as an "I'm sorry about your wait", or even a thank you. There was a guy wandering around who wore a shirt that said he was General Manager Tony someone, and he refused to even make eye-contact with me. I will never darken their doorway again, because I prefer to spend my money with people who actually care that I am there. I hope the place goes under, which would be fitting for a place with such poor customer service.
