Go Sushi

Ordered online and there is no proper description of the menu items. I didn't know the shrimp tempura roll has crab meat and I can't eat crab meat. When picking up I asked for sauce and utensils, I was assured that they'll be in the bag, and surprise there were no utensils or napkins. So I was directly lied to. Never coming back.

This was the worst food I've had in memory. I even ordered the stuff that was hard to get wrong. I ordered a chicken karage and it was disgusting and overcooked and burnt. the gyoza was reasonable but one piece was burned black. The shrimp tempura was undercooked and soggy. The basic udon broth actually didn't taste right. I can't even tell if they are trying to put out bad food intentionally. I never have reviewed a place so poorly. Disaster. I am literally.eating cereal as a replacement as I write this.

If you like overpaying for hot sushi with lukewarm raw fish and soggy ramen with over cooked eggs this is the place for you. I Ordered sushi and ramen via doordash and the sushi was placed directly on top of the hot ramen causing it to heat up and fall apart. By the time it got to me it was just hot sticky rice with luke warm raw fish. I called the restaurant because door dash is very unhelpful when there is an order issue. The woman who answered was dismissive and said it was safe to eat. She told me that most people want their order in one package and sue was completely unapologetic about my bad experience. I wasn’t even asking for a refund just letting her know that sitting cold sushi directly on hot ramen lowers the quality of their food. Because of the poor customer service I would recommend going to other sushi restaurants in the area like Happy Sashimi or Genki Sushi or I’d even trust the sushi at sprouts before I’d ever eat at Go sushi again.
