Applebee's

Our server Lisa was great very attentive, she made the whole experience a delightful one , unfortunately I can't express how dessapointed I'm on the kitchen staff our Artichoke dip with chips and salsa came out in no time, but after that it went down the hill, our food after those chips took more than one hour and a half to have it in our table, but our server Lisa was on it, she take good care of us like we were part of her family, thank you Ms Lisa. She made sure my daughter had something to eat during that time as well my mom.

Longgggggggg wait time and low staff on the weekends. I came here with my two children. The food pasta I ordered was dry, with little to no sauce. Tasted like it was thinned out way to much and like it was mixed with sugar. I had to ask a few times for straws and another kid coloring book to keep my daughter who is special needs happy. Which NEVER CAME. The only thing that was decent was the appetizer and drinks, as well as my sons pizza and fries. Which my daughter had to share with her brother. Because her food was bad!!! I really had high Hope's for this place and was told to visit for teacher appreciation week. NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY TIME OR MONEY.

We had a small group luncheon. They were short staffed but the young lady who served us and the nearby tables worked very hard and earned her tip!! She was polite, professional and thorough. I only wish we could have had more of her time...and they had the necessary staff to cover all the tables. The food was okay. The service was better.

Very bad experience. Ordered for medium rare steak. It came after 45 minutes, absolutely bone dry, it was like eating a piece of leather. Ordered for brownies for dessert, they were out of ice cream. The manager didn’t care , gave us a half off. Not really what you expect from Applebees. Definitely not coming back
