Never have seen such attitude from cashiers! Food is typical Taco Bell but with an added bonus of rudeness. Also had only 8 individual fries in an order, but apparently that’s “just how they come”. Skipping in the future.

Live nearby and come here quite often. Food is always good, best Taco Bell in town in my opinion. Customer service however, is always awful. Drive thru girl is always rude (I go late at night, it’s always the same girl). And somehow they are always out of everything, even when I make a second trip through the drive thru and order the same thing five minutes later. Would have gotten five stars if not for the customer service.

They state that they are open until 2 AM and typically I am not one to come so close to closing, however, we had a long day of traveling and ended up in the ER and nothing else was open. I arrived at 1:38am with employees inside. They refused to take my order at the drive thru. So I drove around to the window where they would not look at me. I finally got frustrated and just left. (Saturday 5/21 1:38am)

They are finally doing a lil better at the west state street location. The mangaement team just lacks the ability to know how much inventory to have on hand obviously. Since half the time u go and they are out of 10" tortilla shells,out of tomatoes, chicken and they have even been completely out of beef 1 of the times I went to grab some for from there.

The atmosphere was great. Slow service. Although the food was better than average. My order was not taken correctly. All around service was acceptable.

Do you know how taco bell is? Taco bell is the light at the end of the tunnel. Nothing like a good taco bell fix at the end of a hard day's work!

A manager at this place actually told a customer to not come back (at the drive thru). The customer did not even order because the manager said they were closed. The person then called the store to find out the hours and the managers name. She cussed him out. Writing to corporate twice, garnered one phone call. A free meal was offered as sorry for the issue, but the card was never received. This restaurant does not care if they have customers or not.

Very poor service in drive through, didn't get what we ordered, got 1 mex melt when I ordered 4,got bean burrito instead of beef burrito. Tried to call back and they won't answer phone said they were too busy. Won't go there again and I will tell all my friends to go elsewhere.
