Sat in line for 15 minutes. Line was backed up and still got old fries. Lobby was also closed like most days.

Some Management and Staff here are EXTREMELY Rude and will argue with you over everything and will call you a liar in front of staff and other customers. I have never had a good experience at this certain location and we've lost so much money in food for simple reasons like the Receipt Surveys, and the McDonald's App. This location is the only location I've been to that will completely refuse to honor the Buy One/Get One incentive for completing their Receipt Survey which takes a good 10+ minutes to do, with a condescending attitude, so why even try it's convenient but Myself and other paying try to avoid this location like the plague

This McDonald's is my all time favorite one they always are ready for my order and friendly. They have never messed up my order no matter how big or small. Thanks guys.

Well I go here for breakfast several days a week and I can say I have never had an issue. Especially when the younger manager is there in the mornings. He always runs a tight ship. People will complain no matter what it is from a line or food. But I can say he does a great job on his shift. I cannot say that for the same because I go here only one time of the day. But he does an excellent job.

Every time I go to this McDonald's the drive thru is very slow. I waited at least 5 minutes, if not longer to place my order because some dude at the other microphone had a long order. Whats the point of having a double drive thru if you're only going to take one order at a time? It literally defeats the purpouse of having a double drive thru.

Went through the drive through and got a meal. I upgraded to a large and when I got back to work the fry box was only half full and they tasted like the grease is really old. On top of that the fries were cold and soggy like they had been setting for a while. Take in to account this is at lunch time so there should be no reason to get old fries.

This location is the best. My food is always on point, never a threw together mess like a lot of others Ive eaten at and my fries are always fresh.. I cant stand to go thru a drive thru and get some stale, hard, cold fries and normally ask for fresh fries when i order. This location i never have to ask for fresh fries. 😁😁😁
