About what you would expect for a BBQ restaurant; clean, very fast food, like almost unbelievably fast service. I got the dry rub ribs and two sides. Everything was good. I didn't get dessert, cause I'm not big on sweets, except for maybe cheesecake or rice pudding. 🤔 I would have liked to see more meat on the bones tho, but was still good.

Went here last night for some smoked BBQ. Hadn't been here in a while. My wife had St Louis Ribs which she liked. I tried the Sliced Brisket sandwich. Although the brisket was tender, there was no smoked taste whatsoever. None! Seems like when we last came, I had the Chicken dinner and it had little to no smoked flavor also. When your TV commercials show your Pit Masters walking through smoke, we, your customers, expect to get that flavor. You used to do it a while back. Now it seems you pipe the wood smell outside to the front of the restaurant as we are entering the door. Why the disparity? And, the prices keep going up but the smoked flavor keeps sliding down. On the positive side, the server we had, Trish, served us well and was friendly. Koodos to her! Your decor changes are upscale and more open. The bottom line here, for me, is the BBQ food here has to taste smokey!

Very disappointed at this particular location....I got the all you can eat St. Luis ribs. First round was fine, then I got a completely burnt dried out second round (see pics below). One of the servers was very dismissive, the Manger was non-chalant, instead tried to convince me it was the same quality. Clearly, they charge you an extra $6 for leftovers/bad batch. Do yourself a favor and find another place to get ribs. (There plenty of good ones around the area)

This was my first time to this location and my last. The server came by twice, once to bring my husband a refill, and to drop off the check. We ordered appetizers and they showed up with the meal (cold). I use to be a server, cook, and manager. I know what it takes to keep your customers happy and for them to return.

Came in at 3:30pm on a Tuesday. Hardly anyone here and couldn't find an employee to seat me for about 5 minutes, just people in the back chatting. Floor had what appeared to be a soft drink, dripped all over from the door to about 7ft past the hostess station. I alerted the hostess/server and they said they'd get to it when they can. Then I was seated at a table that hadn't been cleaned. Unbelievable. Poorly managed for sure. Ordered a pulled pork on garlic bread. The garlic bread was /hard/stale. Let the waitress know and she brought me some fresh garlic bread to transfer the pulled pork to.
