Wingstop

We stopped here for a quick meal while traveling to Little Rock. The inside is small and there isn’t a lot of seating…mostly 2 seater tables, with some 4 seaters along the wall. There were 5 people in my party and we each ordered the 6 piece wing combo. After waiting for about 20 minutes, we realized we should have placed our order prior to getting there. When we finally got our order, I wasn’t clear on which wings were which. We had a total of 10 different wing flavors and they weren’t labeled. I asked the employee and she responded as if I should have just known. After some back and forth, she finally explained them all. The lemon pepper flavored wings are the best in my opinion. Both the boneless and bone in wings were cooked to perfection. The fries were inconsistent, some orders were cooked perfectly and others were overcooked. Mine was overcooked and I had mostly hollow, greasy fries. The Cajun corn was a disappointment. They basically poured a ridiculous amount of Cajun seasoning on the corn before giving it to us. We ordered a half dozen of fresh baked rolls. They were warm, buttery and unfortunately lacked flavor. To me, they aren’t worth the cost of 89 cents per roll.

Placed my order gave extra time for it to be ready because I understand times may vary from what they tell you. Picked up my order returned home only to find my entire order was wrong. Called and complained. Was told would replace the order and when I showed up 20 minutes later the food wasn’t done and they acted like I was an inconvenience for having an issue with a wrong order. Was given profanities over the phone during the complaint about their mistake. Was all but thrown my replacement without any for. Of apology for my inconvenience. Will not return and advise anyone else to seriously think about not using this place if they have other options.

They were very busy and it was close to closing. I was very disappointed oh, I did not check my bag because I was in a bit of a rush. I did not get the ranch dip that were supposed to come with my order nor the additional dipping sauce that I paid for, without it spicy things are not enjoyable for my wife. I live about 40 minutes away so this was very disappointing. Normally I don't have a problem. That is probably why I did not check make sure that my dipping sauces with there because I normally get six out of five star service from them.
