Well I have been fairly disappointed with National Onion Ring and this Burger King didn’t get it also. I thought the CHKING was cooked to order well it ain’t true. The one I ordered had been under a heat lamp for a while not fresh at all. Just disappointed

Went to the drive-through and ordered sourdough king meal with a vanilla ice cream cone. There was light traffic in the line, but it moved pretty quickly. Meal was very tasty.

Had to wait on onion rings to be cooked. Employee burnt rings he was cooking. Manager promptly threw then out and made him prepare another basket. Manager gave me free Hershey pie slice for inconvenience of waiting. She did a great job keeping the customer happy.

Not good service they gave us the wrong food and w wouldn't make good on it don't like this burger king the. The people who wait on you at Windows are rude !!!

Waited 30 minutes for a drive thru order that was ordered online with only one customer in front of me, and five customers behind me got their food before I did.

Just off the freeway,. we drove through. Ordered specials from the display menu but the order was not at all correct. They re-took the order but charged full regular price instead of what was advertised. At least the food was good BK quality but it certainly wasn't what we wanted or ordered. Recommend that you just move on to somewhere else like we should have.

These folks do a great job. Delicious burgers & fries served with true southern hospitality. I try to stop on all my road trips.

Apparently we don't know what fast food is in the pine bluff area 30 mins for a chocolate shake is getting out of hand
