Domino's Pizza

Have tried a few times, sometimes there’s weird stuff like delivery will be on your street then go back to the dominoes store & when you call to see if there’s a problem with order they say they had to drop off someone else’s order first. I don’t know why that means they’d drive from your street back to store. Would appreciate honesty if there was a mistake. So I started doing pick up instead. 3 Stars because most staff is friendly enough. When I picked up last order there was barbecue sauce in my dessert. I hate barbecue sauce, never asked for it. Never eat it. I just wanted partial refund for the part of order that was messed up, nothing else. Apparently they can only do store credit or refund full amount but then I’d have to be charged new amount & keep checking to make sure original amount cancelled then give them new card information or go back to pay again. Too much of a hassle.

I arrived to pick up my pizza. There was a young man preparing crusts at the counter and the rest of the staff (approx 3 others from what I could see) was in the back one being on her phone. She comes to assist me with picking up my pizza and as I handed her cash ($100 bill) she refuses to take my money because they don’t accept larger bills. Her recommendation was for me to walk across to the far south end of the shopping center to a gas station where she says they would be happy to break my $100 bill. I appreciate knowing there are other businesses that will accept my cash but I don’t prefer to walk across the parking lot in the cold to cash my bill so I can come back to purchase my order from YOUR business. The gas station shouldn’t be your personal bank. With all this by the time I got my pizza home it was cold.
