Golden Chick

I use to actually work for this store when it first opened then moved. I recently came back last fall and have yet to be satisfied with ANY of my orders. Every worker has been nothing but rude. My orders were always wrong every time. Tonight was the last straw. We not only waited in line for over 10 minutes, my order was wrong and they told us that they were out of roasted dark meat, they failed to mention that when ordering. I know how this place is supposed to be run and cannot believe how it is being run now. Horrible service and the food is never good quality ie rolls are either old or burnt. I'm surprised Gene has allowed this to go on for so long

I have lived here 10 years and never recived a bad meal here or bad service. They support the local schools and kids 100% my son and his friends walk over after school on game days and they say the staff is always nice to them. It's nice to see businesses owners cater to the kids. Not to mention offer amazing chicken. Thank you!

I ordered the chicken tacos, which sounded amazing - cilantro, lettuce, onions, the whole nine yards... but when I got them it was only chicken, cheese and Ranch... I had to go to counter and ask for almost every piece of my order. People were friendly so that is always a plus. The tables and bathrooms were clean.

Great place. The food is good and never waiting forever in line. Highly recommended for groups and families, not too expensive. Less dollar menu unlike other restaurants but the food is always good at this location. Server and cooks are always looking clean. Planning to visit again whenever I'm in the area. Thanks.

Came to this location to purchase 2 chicken tender sandwiches and I waited in line for over 20 minutes. There was only one car in front of me. When it was my turn at the window I still had to wait over 10 minutes to get my food. I could have gone to Aubrey and picked up food from chicken express and still made it back before I got my food here! I like supporting local businesses but not when this happens!
