Buff's Grill

We heard Buff’s Grill in Pilot Point was a great place to eat so we decided to try it out. It was excellent. It was a special evening so we started with fried pickles. My main course was the special of the day…blackened fish with crème sauce with shrimp over a bed of rice and a side. Absolutely scrumptious . My husband had chicken fried chicken and gravy with mashed potatoes and grilled green beans. Topped it off with sopapilla cheesecake and ice cream (we split a serving). I took half of my food home because it was very generous portions. Thanks especially to our waitress Kenya. Excellent service. Excellent food.

Excellent service, nice atmosphere, bar area for mixed drinks, the menu was very appealing with a good amount of vegetables to choose from. The meal came out hot and as expected. The only thing that was missing was a bread item with the main meal. I did order the chopped steak well done and it came out a little uncooked. But, other than that everything was excellent and I will definitely return.

Just ok. We were super excited to find this place and thought. Waitress did not want to be here lol. That other waitress was awesome. Don’t get the ’ lunch “ portion of the chicken fried steak, it is literally a quarter the size of the dinner. CFS is good decent flavor and tasty gravy. The Mac n cheese is terrible, imagine cold noodles in water. Atmosphere is really nice.

We ate here after visiting Sharkarosa in Pilot Point. There was zero wait when we arrived but shortly after arriving the like grew to over 15 people! The after-church crowd knows where to get some good grub! Loved the chicken fried steak! I would definitely come here to get my comfort food fix. I was sad that I was too full to try the dessert because they had cobbler on the menu!
