Little Caesars

Terrible. I normally eat at this little Caesers but this time the pizza was bad. I ordered two pizzas and two orders of wings. We live less than 5 minutes from this store. We ordered online and showed up at the projected time. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes after arriving to get our food. When we got home all the food was cold and the thin crust pizza was over cooked. We had to microwave all the food. That is ridiculous. I then tried to call the store to speak with a manager and no one would answer the phone. This was completely unacceptable.

Took 25 min to get the worst pizza I've ever eaten. Threw it straight in the garbage. Unfortunately little Caesars is going the route dominoes went many years ago. Cardboard crust, zero sauce, cheap cheese. Sales will drop and they will eventually have to rebuild the brand. As for me, I'll never go back. ✌🏼

My husband tried to call in an order they had him on hold for over 30min. Tried to order online but unlike all the other pizza places you can’t opt to pay in cash which is stupid!!! Unfortunately this is the closest Little Ceasers there is. To make matters worse I’m now on my way to go in and physically order it and I’m handicap can’t walk very well!! This is HORRIBLE customer service. Someone from Corporate needs to retrain everyone at this store. Especially seeing there are so many horrific reviews!!

Awful customer service!!! I placed an order online got to pickup turns out my order was taken by someone else all they had to say was somehow someone opened the oven and tuck it to wait 10-15. The so called manager said if I place another order I would get my pizza right away but because my order was made online I had to wait for them to make a new one. Like if it was my fault they gave my order to someone else. Not once apologizing I get a refund for my online order place another order there and tells one of the workers there to take over because she had important stuff to do!!! Like yea learn customer service learn how to be a manager, I did nothing wrong I placed my order you guys messed up and still expect the customer to wait till you guys want what a shame train your staff correctly specially managers!! I myself work in customer service and there’s ways to communicate with the customers specially when the error was done by the company.

Absolutely the worst pizza place in Phx. No such thing as “hot and hot ready” here. Expect to wait at least 15-20 minutes. When you get your pizza, expect to have to recut it because they either are cutting it with a very dull cutter or are going too fast to fully cut through the pizza. On several occasions the cuts were so bad my kids were laughing. We recently tried and do a door dash and they cancelled it because they could not figure out their system?? It’s the closest one to our home but I’m going to have to start driving further just not to deal with this place.

I have no idea why I don't a lesson. Maybe it's because I'm broke lol. This place never fulfill a delivery order correctly. You really have to show up in person to order and dispute. When you choose delivery they ALWAYS do it incorrectly that you always have to dispute it with corporate. But when you order in person and dispute they will correct it everytime. Maybe it might be the workers who are underpaid? I have no idea but this location never does an order correctly. I always have to dispute charged with the corporate number who always refunds me a portion of the order or all of it. DO NOT GO HERE. There is a Dominos nearby. They have been cool

Atrocious…… I ordered online, and apparently they couldn’t see my order. Ten minutes later the clerk said it would be ready in a couple of minutes. 20 minutes later they finally give me the pizza. I get home and to my surprise of course, the pizza burnt & not properly cut. They definitely lost my business.
