I liked the food. However,I was just standing outside by my bike in the front of the place while waiting on my food and out from around the corner comes this Spanish like lady telling me how I needed to leave the property because her drive-thru customers need to not be bothered asking for change. She assumed that I was standing there waiting to beg for money when I myself was a paying customer who was just waiting on his meal to be ready. For that I was very affended by her accusations since I was a man of color. I know homeless people do hangout sometimes,but she doesn't necessarily need to get ugly with people who are not her color. She can be sued or worse. Be kind to people and act professional is all that's needed. Thank you. God bless also.

Went through the drive thru and it was very fast, fries fresh and hot and food taste just like any other good McDonald’s place.

The service was good and so was the food. The only issue that I have is that you can only order through the machines, they won't take your order person to person.

I was stuck on the streets of phoenix for 4 days in june, this Mcdonalds has absolutley the BEST mchickens!!! Always fresh and crisp. The kind kid behind the counter with glasses always gave me a cup of water when i needed it to beat the desert heat. Best mcdonalds ive been to. There are some homeless there, but thats phoenixs fault, their really cool people

This store is short staff at night...but coming soon,this store will have more people at night and like during the day...the store has heard your complaints and time is changing...thank you and good night...be Patient. This mcdonald is going through some changes... we have to go to the bad to overcome and find good...may God be with you all and God bless...welcome to phoenix... outsiders change is comeing...thank you and good moring... This mcdoanld reminds me of Phoenix growing up before cell phone...I know the younger generation don't care but the 30 and up know what I am talking about...the drama is always lit...don't be rude because you will have to sit on the time out table wondering did they for get about me? Probably not but if your rude then you get what you get and you don't throw a fit.... My kids teach me that but idk. The new generation like 30 and below just ignore and keep walking bit some can and will talk back...life is full of aainbow and sunshine... Peace up A town up....AZ for life....hoooooooooooooooooooyeahyeahyeahyeahyeahyeah!!!!!!!! Not too long ago I wouldve rated this place a two star if that. They've got new employees. A good mixture of diverse employees that smile and laugh not that give dirty looks and make you feel stupid like they did a year ago. The night time crew however ... Just make something at home! The guy working the window was overly nice, came off rude and his manager seemed to this his fake Mexican accent was hilarious. We didn't. Our drive thru experience took a good 15 min. But the daytime crew is killing it! Good to see the change.

You have to order everything at the kiosk they accept the food stamps program for hot meal on 24 and van Buren.
