Doordash messed up and delivered the wrong pizza. I called the store and they replaced the pizza and the manager, Marie, delivered it herself. I'm very happy with the service.

My pizza was free, so of course it was good. Door Dash came. I said, "No one ordered a pizza." The driver left it anyway. I called Papa John's and they even apologized for the mess up.

I ordered my food incorrectly online. Being the first time using their online service, I made a mistake. Noticing it once I got to the store they advised me it would be corrected. When I got my "corrected pizza" and got home I found it was the same pizza. Leaving a review got the attention of the manger. He sent me a email apologizing and a free 2 topping large pizza. It was less than 24hrs. That's awesome customer service and I was impressed. Will return!
