It’s hard to put into words just how amazing Venue at the Grove truly is! Everything from the planning process to our wedding day was fantastic. The team truly loves what they do and have fun making your day everything you want it to be. Hands down choosing a venue that with an exclusive list of vendors made the entire planning process that much easier and more enjoyable. Being able to check those things off our to-do list so early on gave us so much more time to focus on the more personal details of our day. The team is super accommodating with meeting options during the planning process with virtual and in-person options. We personally chose to go in-person as much as possible because we couldn’t get enough of the beauty of this venue. We’re both from the Midwest and this venue looks nothing like an outdoor Arizona venue. People are shocked when we told them we only looked at this Venue, but it caught my eye immediately and I fell in love. The team here are true professionals at everything wedding, not only that, they’re passionate. They really made all of our wedding dreams come true!! Seeing everything you’ve gathered during the planning process - boxes of decorations taking over your house for months - perfectly placed and arranged is a feeling we will never forget. You have these visions in your mind for months and months, lay things out in your home, but when you finally see everything together…..it’s really magical. I can honestly say the day of was a breeze. No stressful moments, just enjoying our day with our people. The team handles everything you need and goes the extra mile to make sure the bride and groom are the guests of honor.

We got married at Venue at the Grove on February 25, 2023 and we had an extraordinary experience from start to finish! I knew this was our venue when I first stepped foot in the open house and teared up, but it truly couldn't have been more perfect. We had the best day ever and so did our guests! The planning process was as close to stress-free as possible when you're getting married. With the all inclusive package, we knew that the vendors we were picking from were vetted and reliable. When it was time to select a vendor, the team reached out with our options. For the DJ and Photographer, we had several choices and just had to select the one that best fit our vision for our special day. There was only one vendor option for floral and for cake but we were incredibly satisfied with both options. After we selected each vendor, the team would reach out to them and start the process for us. The vendor would reach out directly for us to move forward with them. We had 2 official planning meetings with the Venue, along with a tasting and many, many emails back and forth. They were there for every question we had, big or small, and never made us feel annoying for asking. They were organized and thought of every little detail to make sure the day ran smoothly. We worked with the whole team until our final planning meeting, where we met with our Day of Coordinator, Rachel. Rachel was absolutely fantastic. My whole family could not stop raving about her (and honestly they still haven't!) We dropped off our decor at the rehearsal and she took care of everything else. When I walked through the venue on the day of our wedding, everything was laid out exactly how I imagined it (or better). I can't explain how great it was to just enjoy our wedding day without having to worry about any of that getting done. Our family and our wedding party got to enjoy the day right by our side and didn't have to help set anything up. The day ran smoothly and Rachel was there for anything we needed. At one point Rachel and my sister (Maid of Honor) were completely under my dress, making the bustle perfect, and I think that tells you everything you need to know about her willingness to go above and beyond for your special day! At the end of the wedding, the team had everything packed up and ready to go home with our designated person. Again, our family and friends did not have to leave the ceremony to help with any of this and got to enjoy it until the very end. We are so thankful for Rachel and the whole team at Venue at the Grove for making our wedding experience the best it possibly could be, from start to finish!

Immediately after visiting Venue at the Grove we were ready to book with them! They were thoughtful and helpful throughout the entire planning process. We booked a little late, about 8 months before our date but we were able to have our dream wedding with everything we could have hoped and wished for. They were very considerate of all our requests and had answers to all our questions. They had a very well-organized planning tracker and assisted with many vendor recommendations. Choosing one of their all-inclusive packages (catering, photographer, DJ, florist) made planning easy as we live out of state! When it came to the big day, our coordinator Stephanie had everything and everyone taken care of! We can't thank you enough for making our wedding feel like a fairytale!

The best word to describe our wedding day at Venue at the Grove is MAGICAL! Weddings are stressful but working with the Olaya team made the whole planning process not only easy and stress free but fun! This venue’s beauty speaks for itself and the variation of spaces for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception help set the mood and gave a great flow for the entire event. Venue at the Grove transports you and your guests to a lush, romantic, outdoor wedding space in the middle of the Phoenix desert. There is nothing like it in the Valley! We also can’t say enough amazing things about our day of coordinator Rachel. She had such an infectious calm presence and did such a brilliant job staying on top of the little details and making sure things moved seamlessly. Ben, the catering manager was beyond helpful and friendly and we were happy to have him be a part of our day. Venue at the Grove truly is a one of a kind event space that helped make our day unforgettable!

Cannot say enough great things about Venue at the Grove and Olaya Events & Company! From the moment we decided on this venue we had a wonderful experience. The event management team was always friendly and made sure to get back to me on every question I asked. The preferred vendor recommendations really helped us pick vendors we knew we could trust. We had a couple meetings with the venue at six months and 30 days out where we really went over every detail. The tracking system was organized and easy to use. Most important to us was how well everything was executed on wedding day! Everything went smooth and just how we discussed. I did not have to worry about anything because Stephanie and her crew had everything down perfectly. It truly was one of the most wonderful experiences and best days ever!

Whenever anyone asked me how wedding planning was going, I always them that the only reason why I wasn't so stressed was because Venue at the Grove made the planning process so easy and simple. Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, the planning is strategic based on your wedding date so everything is planned in well-thought-out pieces. So much of the process is included with the venue itself, and the vendors are just as organized and thoughtful. Everyone on the VATG team treats you with respect (even after many, many silly questions) and goes out of the way for you. I couldn't recommend them enough!!

We loved everything about Venue at the Grove. They took away all the stress by walking you through each decision and handling everything else. We loved knowing our loved ones could just attend the wedding without worrying about anything. They constantly took care of us from the moment we got there till the moment we left, making sure we had snacks in the suites and drinks all night. They set up everything beautifully and packed it up in such an organized way. And that's all on top of it just because beautiful on it's own. Bekah was with us most of the planning and day of and she was such a huge help! Thank you to the whole team at Venue at the Grove for making our day so special!

The Venue at the Grove is a beautiful location and comes with an amazing team! Throughout our planning process, they quickly responded to emails, answered questions, provided additional resources, scheduled meetings, and were there for us whenever needed. The team worked with us to ensure that our day went smoothly and was everything that we hoped it would be. Afterward, guests from our big day even mentioned how kind and thoughtful the staff was and that they felt cared for. Our day-of-coordinator, Rachel, was very knowledgeable and helped us create a timeline that fit our needs and ensured that everything was perfect on our wedding day.

Venue at the Grove is the most beautiful venue there is. My husband and I had looked at a handful other venues before we made our decision and Venue at the Grove was hands down the best. I actually had saved a picture of Venue at the Grove on my Pinterest waaaaay before I was even dating or engaged 😂 and then a friend of mine also got married there and seeing her photos really just sealed the deal but when it came time, I still gave other venues a fair chance. From the initial tour to the wedding day the staff were very friendly, always answering any questions we had, and being there to run the show so that no one was confused the day of. All of our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was. Our ceremony was in November at 4:30pm so sunset was shortly after and the second the twinkle lights turned on everyone was amazed you could just hear all of the guests "oooh" it made us laugh. That was one of the reasons I loved Venue at the Grove, the breathtaking views and the twinkle lights! My only 2 complaints were that our start time got pushed back because one of the groomsmen took a phone call at the time we were already lined up ready to walk out. I'm aware that is on him and he should not have had his phone, but I just felt like the day of coordinator should have been all over this because everything from that point on got pushed back and we were racing against sunset for our photography and that was a real bummer to me. The other complaint I have is that the venue provides both a bridal suite and a grooms suite but doesn't allow you to be at the venue until 30 minutes before unless you pay more or have over 100 guests. We did pay for an extra hour, and that still wasn't enough time. It would have been nice to have that just available to the bridal party for the whole day, or at least a good chunk of time because that day is already so chaotic and everything felt rushed. All in all, if I were to go back in time I would still choose Venue at the Grove for our wedding. Aside of those two things, the night was beautiful, the staff was great, and it was the best day of our lives! And I would love to share our wedding photos but we have yet to get them from our photographers yet 😬. But I will definitely share once we get them!!
