El Pollo Loco

Ordered delivery. Received our order and they did not add the churros. I called the store and spoke with Chris (said he was the manager). I informed him we did not receive a complete order. He said I can come and pick it up or he could give us a credit for the next time. I let him know that I would not order again if there is currently an issue and the purpose for delivery was to keep from going out. He said only the acting GM could refund any money. When I asked for the name of the GM, he stated he couldn't give that information and hung up on me!! UPDATE: I called back the next day and spoke with Kaitlyn. She was the total opposite. She was not only professional, but gave me the name of the manager and what time he would be available. I called back and spoke with Jesus. He was very understanding and apologetic. He made it right!! Thanks to Jesus I will definitely return!

Our experience was good and the food was good, the only reason it was marked lower was the nachos weren't filled very much in the container and I had to go back because they put Pico de Gallo still on both servings when we ordered one without 😓 they were quick to resolve and offered us to keep the one made in error
